VA – Behavioral Health Center

This project consists of the construction of a new two-story Behavioral Health Building at the Erie VA Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania, including all work activities relative to a ground-up construction project. The underground site utilities work involved with this project (including installation and/or relocation of sanitary, storm and steam, and potable water lines, installation of electrical ducts, testing, paving and landscaping) demonstrate RBVetCo’s capabilities regarding underground utilities work requirements. Further, RBVetCo managed multiple subcontractors and the many scopes of work and work activities throughout the construction project, including construction during winter conditions in Erie, PA. Our project managers and superintendent developed an excellent working relationship with the Owner and Owner’s representatives, and we completed the project with an excellent/no injuries safety record. The Behavioral Health Minor project presented numerous challenges that were addressed responsibly, professionally and timely by RBVetCo by working with multiple subcontractors, the owner’s representatives and the A/E (Canon Design, Buffalo, NY).

The precise management of multiple subcontractors was integral to the success of this project. The project was completed with an excellent no injuries safety record.
