PRECONSTRUCTION
From years of experience doing what we do best, we believe the quality and completeness of our pre-construction efforts determine the overall success of any project. We rigorously and thoroughly review the owner’s design for constructability and cost completeness so that, once the project is underway, there are as few schedule interruptions and revisions as possible resulting in the smoothest construction process and the lowest cost to the owner.
DESIGN +
BUILD
Under this accelerated and highly-efficient contract format, both design and construction are in the hands of one entity, creating a single point of responsibility. The design-build format is ideally suited to fast-track projects, and we bring extensive experience and success working within this process.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Our resume includes many projects awarded both through Owner negotiations and by the traditional low-bid approach. In either case, before and after the bid is awarded, we are committed to partnering toward a successful project of which all parties can be proud.
MEDICAL
GAS
Health care facilities rely on the safe and reliable delivery of medical gas in hundreds of individual applications and situations. Our personnel has decades of experience in design and installation of medical gas systems and we have carved out a niche as a SDVOSB performing this work for government installations across the U.S. Our expertise includes surveying the existing system, designing a new system, and executing all aspects of the new installation. This could include installing new piping, pumps, wiring, alarm panels for certain areas and for the overall system, and more. RBCG Medical gas system installations have been performed in patient rooms and operating rooms, so that medical providers can be sure of the reliable delivery and balance of these gases.
SITE DEVELOPMENT
We have specific past performance and in-house expertise in site work such as excavation and grading, utility infrastructure construction, all types of standard and specialty foundation systems and earth retention systems, structural concrete walls, columns, and flatwork.
INTERIOR
FINISHINGS
We make certain the interior finishes look just as good as the exterior. We have an excellent reputation for meticulously completing interior work such as framing, installation of doors and hardware, casework and trim finishes.
