Mr. Kephart has 30 years of diverse experience in the construction industry. His field experiences started as a carpenter and was promoted to foreman, general foreman, project superintendent and project manager. Prior to working at RBCG, Jim served as Director of Operations and Project Executive for a major Pittsburgh construction company. He developed and implemented a management process for construction operations, safety, QA/ QC, and continuing education training for staff. Jim supervised the preparation and implementation of all safety protocols on project sites and has served as the Chairman of the company’s Safety Committee. Jim provides management oversight of senior project managers, project managers and project superintendents to ensure delivery of defined results and deliverables. Jim’s project experience extends to hospitals, higher education, power plants, industrial, hospitality, luxury condos, K-12 schools, commercial office complexes, manufacturing, and government facilities.
